This is a sightseeing tour with an impressive view of the capital and its surrounding countryside.
Our tour takes you just outside the capital region to the UNESCO-listed Thingvellir National Park, site of Iceland's first parliament, where the earth is actually splitting apart centimetre by centimetre. Then we fly over the hot springs of the volcano Hengill, the nation's largest geothermal power plant Nesjavellir, and the peaks of the Blue Mountains, one of the best ski resorts in the country.
